Shipping Fees
Novarials uses FedEx, UPS, and other qualified freight carriers to deliver products to customers in the United States and international destinations. Shipping methods, charges, and delivery options may vary depending on the destination, package size and weight, and the products ordered.
Shipping Address Correction Fees
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order. If an address correction or other delivery-related change is required due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, any additional fees assessed by the carrier will be the responsibility of the customer.
Tariffs, Taxes and Customs Fees
For orders shipped to destinations outside the United States, customers are responsible for all applicable tariffs, duties, taxes, customs charges, customs brokerage fees, and other import-related fees assessed by the destination country, customs authorities, or carrier.
U.S. Trade Restrictions and Sanctions
Sales and shipments by Novarials are subject to applicable U.S. export control laws, sanctions, and international trade laws and regulations. Novarials reserves the right to decline or cancel any order that cannot be fulfilled in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
