If a product is shown not to meet the applicable specifications, we will replace it with a conforming product or, at our discretion, refund the cost of the affected materials to the original purchaser.
All return, replacement, or refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and require prior written authorization from Novarials Corporation. Novarials Corporation will not accept any returns without prior authorization.
No returns will be accepted for customized, special-order, or customer-specified products. The customer is responsible for determining product suitability and usability for the intended application. Any special specifications, acceptance criteria, or remedies must be expressly stated in a written document issued by Novarials Corporation.
Customer-provided terms and conditions, including those in purchase orders, will not modify, supersede, supplement, or add to this Return Policy or Novarials Corporation’s terms and conditions.
