We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to supplying materials that meet the applicable written specifications provided by Novarials. If a product is shown not to meet the applicable specifications, we will replace it with a conforming product or, at our discretion, refund the cost of the affected materials to the original purchaser.
All return, replacement, or refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and require prior written authorization from Novarials Corporation. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.
Customized, special-order, or customer-specified products are not returnable. Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their intended application. Any special specifications, acceptance criteria, or remedies must be expressly agreed to in writing by Novarials Corporation.
Customer-provided terms and conditions, including those in purchase orders, will not modify, supersede, supplement, or add to this Return Policy or Novarials Corporation’s terms and conditions.
