The Transparent ESD Antistatic Films are high-performance antistatic films engineered to provide effective electrostatic discharge protection while maintaining excellent optical clarity. Built on a PET substrate and coated with a specially processed single-walled carbon nanotube (SWCNT) antistatic layer, the films deliver stable, permanent antistatic and ESD dissipative performance independent of humidity. They effectively prevent static charge accumulation and safely dissipate electrostatic charges, helping protect sensitive materials during processing.
These films offer excellent optical transparency, high flatness, strong coating adhesion, good chemical resistance, and robust mechanical strength, ensuring reliable performance in precision applications.
